CARRY-IN-PROJECT #3

DATE: August 8, 2010
SITE: Karato-Oka Community center (Teshima island, Kagawa pref.)

Carry-In-Projects that were quite reputable in the past participated Setouchi International Art Festival2010.
What was new about the piece was that the planning and building the object as well as emplacement this time, were performed by local people and volunteer staff. The project proved that the piece remain appealing even the environment and people who get involved are different from the last 2 times.

唐櫃の公堂に大きなモノをみんなで入れよう

瀬戸内国際芸術祭展示施設「島キッチン」の活動の一環として参加。
今までとは違って、物体の制作および搬入はワークショップ方式を採用し、地元の人たちやボランティアスタッフと共に行った。
環境や関わる人間が変化してもこの演目には普遍的な魅力があることを証明。
